Subject to stock availability, we try our best to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill any or all of your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will deliver the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. - Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout. This cost is based on weight and the dimensions of the product as well as the destination of the items to be delivered. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. Final price of the product including the shipping charges will be shown at the time of checkout. - Returns
- Return Due to Change of Mind
<Sheikhaa> will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging. The product must be unused, unworn and the tags attached to the products should be intact.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and customer will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed <to store credit for a future purchase> < and, or paid within 15 Bank working days excluding any and all public holidays>. Any banking system delays are outside our control. **We will notify you via email , once the return has been considered completed.**
<Sheikhaa> will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT **be able to** refund the value of any shipping paid.
- Warranty Returns
All jewelry undertakes quality control before leaving our studio. Kindly understand that all the handcrafted Jewelry’s beauty will have it’s unique perfections and slight flaws. Resulting in each piece slightly vary from the other. While our website is as accurate as possible, we cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our reasonable control. We cannot guarantee that colours in our images will be rendered correctly on different computer monitors. . **Please note that that most of the Jewelry products are handcrafted, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the other. The stones used therefore may vary slightly. However, from time to time, there may be a rare fault.** We recommend unpacking and inspecting your order immediately upon receipt. <Sheikhaa> will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within <x> days of receipt of items. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect <Sheikhaa> to process your warranty claim within <x> business days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(b) a refund in store credit

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. - P.O. Box Shipping
<Sheikhaa> will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations. - Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to <x> business days. - Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order. - Delivery Time Exceeded

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. - Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. - Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

For international shipments, import duties & taxes may be required to be paid. Sheikhaa pre-calculates these costs and will display them at checkout and give customers the choice of pre-paying these duties and taxes, or choosing to pay them separately upon arrival in your destination country. <Sheikhaa> encourages customers to prepay duties and taxes as pre-paying these will facilitate a faster delivery time as they will be less likely to be subjected to delays at customs at their destination country. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Sheikhaa at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
