<Sheikhaa> will happily accept returns as long as a request to return has been initiated within 07 days of the delivery of the package, for the pin-codes covered by our courier partners. The product must be unused, unworn, unbroken and the tags attached to the products should be intact.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and customer will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once you have initiated the return request, please keep the package ready, with original invoice, addressed to the following postal address:

For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse.

For returns, please mail us at hello@sheikhaa.com and we will guide you regarding address and destinations for processing the return.

In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn't include all said items, <Sheikhaa> has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount.

REFUND
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed <to store credit for a future purchase> <or will be paid back to the original payment source> < and paid within x days >. <If you had chosen Cash On Delivery, you will be needed to provide your bank account details for processing your resund>. We will notify you via email once the return has been considered completed.

<Sheikhaa> will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT be able to refund the value of any shipping and charges, as well as taxes and duties paid.

WARRANTY RETURNS
All jewelry undertakes quality control before leaving our studio. Please note that that most of the Jewelry products are handcrafted, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the other. The stones used therefore may vary slightly. However, from time to time, **there may be a rare fault.** We recommend unpacking and inspecting your order immediately upon receipt. <Sheikhaa> will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within <x> days of receipt of items. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect <Sheikhaa> to process your warranty claim within <x> business days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
